Technically, there is no limit. We’ve seen 20+ concurrent chats. As a good practice we suggest keeping active chats to 6 or under. This will ensure prompt & personalized attention to every customer.

There is absolutely no limit. You are free to have any number of chat conversations.

Free licenses are not included when migrating from the Standard plan to the Professional plan.
